Our client is a Western Australian gold producer that currently owns and operates multiple successful gold operations in WA.
On the back of excellent results, they are currently seeking a Senior Open Pit Geologist to come onboard.
Job Requirements:

Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Geology
Significant operational experience in open pit mine geology - (Ideally Gold)
Proficiency with Surpac or a similar mining software package
Full Australian working rights

Position Duties:

  • Managing and monitoring daily production activities
  • Mentoring junior geologists and technicians
  • Provide reports, information and updates to stakeholders
