Our client is an Australian gold mine focussed on high margin, sustainable production, and organic growth from its highly prospective land package in WA.

They currently require an experienced Payroll Officer for a part-time role in their Perth office.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent payroll software knowledge and experience (Pronto preferred);
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software;
  • INX (InFlight, InTuition modules) experience would be an advantage;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
  • High level of personal organisational, teamwork and communication skills.

Position Duties:

  • Prepare and process payroll and associated functions;
  • Process, remit and report on statutory payments including superannuation, payroll tax, FBT and PAYG;
  • Provide support to the HR team;
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll-related services including salary sacrifice arrangements, ESS income statements and Worker’s Compensation;
