Our client, a Western Australian ASX listed gold explorer is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to work for our client, in their office in the Perth metropolitan area.

Requirements:

  • Proficient using Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Present well in a professional manner;
  • Ability to multi-task;  Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • National Police Clearance;
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen.

Position Duties:

  • Answering the phones in a professional manner;
  • Meet and greet people with a friendly smile;
  • Provide Business Support to COO and all professionals;
  • General office, administrative duties;
Experience
