Our client is a high-margin gold producer and explorer with over a decade of consistent production and reserve growth, underpinned by continued exploration success and targeted acquisitions.
They currently require an experienced Pit Technician for a contract role at one of their open-pit mining operations.
Requirements:
- C Class Driver's Licence;
- Hold Australian Working Rights;
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team;
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and a drug & alcohol screen;
- National Police Clearance.
Position Duties:
- Grade control sample pickup and dispatch;
- QAQC – adding QAQC materials to sample dispatch;
- Ore mark-ups, Ore spotting;
- Logging blast holes.
Experience
2+ years' in a similar role.
