KD12921 - Fixed Plant Fitter | Mining Employment Services

Our client, a significant gold producer in Western Australia, currently requires an experienced Fixed Plant Fitter to work on their owner/operated mine site. This role is FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Esperance.
Requirements for the role:

Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Engineering Maintenance - Mechanical)
Hold a valid EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Spaces Certificates (desirable)
Able to pass a pre-employment, drug and alcohol screen Provide a National Police Clearance
MUST have full working rights to work in Australia

Position Duties:

Diagnose faults, inspect and test machinery in a fixed plant environment i.e. crushing, milling, CIL, Paste Plant circuits and associated infrastructure
Fault-finding, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of mechanical components to process equipment such as lube systems, gearboxes, slurry pumps

Experience

2+ years experience in a fixed plant maintenance position (gold background is desirable)
