MES is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant (White Collar) to work for our client, an electrical, controls & instrumentation engineering specialist.
The role is Perth based (Northern Suburbs).
Mon-Fri and Parking is provided!

Effectively and professionally present, negotiate and communicate in both a verbal and written nature
Resourcing strategies to attract the best talent
Excellent understanding of labour-hire/ permanent recruitment industry
Position Duties:
- End to end recruitment - sourcing, selection, screening and qualifying
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews with candidates, reference checking & arranging employment contracts
- Mobilise successful candidates as per client's requirements

Experience
Previous white collar recruitment experience is essential / engineering & technical professional experience is desirable
