MES is seeking an experienced Sample Prep Tech / Labourer on behalf of our client, an emerging base & precious metal producer.
You will have the option of FIFO Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie (note - if DIDO you will need to stay at the camp for the swing).
Role Requirements:
Valid Australian Drivers Licence (Manual)
Ability to obtain & provide a National Police Clearance and pass the site security clearance
Must reside & have full working rights in Australia
Fit and able to complete physically demanding day to day duties required on site
Be able to easily pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
Position Duties:
- Sample preparation - sorting, weighing, drying, crushing, splitting and pulverising
- General housekeeping duties
- Labouring duties where required
Experience
Mining experience is essential / Lab prep work and some processing experience is desirable
