MES is seeking a highly motivated & experienced Administrative Assistant to work for our client, a diversified underground mining contractor at their office in Kalgoorlie.
- Intermediate experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to take the initiative and have a proactive attitude
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced & high pressured role
- Friendly and present well in an office environment

- Reception duties, reporting and filing
- Provide administrative support for the Operations Team
- Organising, coordinating site visits, assist with mobilisation of the crew, flights & accommodation bookings, ensure site compliances are met i.e. Medicals, DAS & National Police Clearances
- Support the Operations Manager & team with admin support when required
