MES is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to work for our client at their Perth office near the CBD. This role will be working for an ASX-listed exploration company focused on building compelling gold resources at its 100%-owned project in Canada.
Role Requirements:

Highly competent using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Outlook & Word software;
Savvy social media, event and marketing/IR skills;
Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
Ability to prioritise day to day tasks to meet deadlines;
Great attention to detail and time management skills;
Be professionally presentable;
Have a proactive approach.

Position Duties:

  • Provide high level professional and personal administrative support to the Managing Director;
  • Coordinate and manage diary requirements, assist IT team with website updates, assist with event planning;
  • Prepare and manage meetings including correspondence, agendas, greeting clients;
  • Social media, event and marketing/IR coordination.
Experience
2+ years working a PA or EA in the resource sector with a strong background in administration.
