MES is seeking a Junior Mine Geologist to join our client's geology team! This will be working for a gold production and exploration company with a proven management team that has a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations.
Job Requirements:
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Geology;
Australian C-Class Drivers Licence (Manual);
National Police Clearance.
Position Duties:
- Exposure to open pit and underground mining geology duties;
- Assist with looking after the grade control drill rig;
- Assist in core shed with the Underground Geology team;
- Maintain and validate material production data.
Experience
Previous experience working a a Graduate/Junior Mine Geologist in an open pit or underground environment.
