Our Client always wants to attract the best staff for their growing teams across Western Australia. MES is seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Fitter for their critical gold processing facility.
Our Client is one of Australia's mineralized gold systems with an endowment of approximately 10 million ounces, located in Western Australia, about 750km northeast of Perth, comprising 20 open pits and three underground mines.
Requirements:
- Mechanical trade certificate;
- Welding experience and certification (desirable);
- Current WA manual driver's license;
- Hazard identification and risk assessment;
- Working at Heights & Confined space ticket;
- High-Risk Licence: DG, EWP;
- Crane ticket;
- Strong safety awareness & strong attention to detail;
- Good verbal and written ability;
- Self-motivated, well organized & good time management skills;
- Participate in rotational night shift and call out as required;
Position Duties:
- Assist in performing day-to-day preventative maintenance.
- Installation and construction tasks associated with the mechanical maintenance of the manganese plant
- Maintenance and repairs all fixed plants, including sag/ball mill, cone & Jaw crushers, feeders, conveyors, gearboxes, submersible, centrifugal, sump and slurry pumps.
