Our Client is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Production Superintendent for their overseas operation
You will be responsible for;
Managing the Production functions of the processing facility
Coordinate individual and specific training to ensure training needs are met effectively and efficiently
Ensure that all Health, Safety and Production requirements are met in accordance with Company and statutory standards, guidelines and procedures
Liasie with maintenance and other departments to achieve maximimum plant availability
Mentor and train the national workforce
The successful candidate will;
Have at least 10 years operational experience, of which 5 years will have been spent within the Gold Industry at a senior supervisory level.
Possess superior communication and man management skills
Cert 4 in Training and Assessment highly desirable
Experience in gold processing, flotation and fine grinding
