MP14357 Metallurgical Technician | Mining Employment Services

On behalf of our client; one of the largest gold mining companies in the world, MES is looking for a Metallurgical Technician to join the team for a 6-month contract.

Role Requirements:

C-Class Drivers Licence;
National Police Clearance;
Gold processing exposure & knowledge;
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen.

Position Duties:

Plant sampling & sample submission;
Sample prep & preparation of reagents;
Routine test work - cyanide leach bottle rolls and leach kinetics testing;
Data entry.

Experience

Previous gold mine site experience, however candidates with a solid history in a met lab may also be considered.
