Our Client is a publicly listed Perth-based gold production and exploration company, with a proven management team that has a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations.
They are currently looking for an experienced Process Technician - 2IC to join their team.
Role Requirements:
- Australian Manual Driver's Licence;
- National Police Clearance;
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to coach, train and positively influence the behaviour of others;
- Solid understanding of OHS regulations associated with process plant operations;
- Excellent communications skills;
- Hold full working rights in Australia.
Position Duties:
- Ensuring the effective recovery of gold from ore processed whilst minimising costs;
- Participating in prestart meetings, and monthly safety meetings;
- Monitoring the process with sampling procedures to ensure targeted metallurgical recoveries are being met;
- Compiling production data as required;
- Operating Milling and Crushing Circuit.
Experience
3+ years gold processing experience with some leading hand exposure.
