MES is seeking a Process Supervisor to work for our client, an emerging Australian gold producer aiming to achieve excellence in mining
This exciting opportunity will be working at one of the company’s gold projects located in Western Australia.
They are in the process of constructing a new three-stage crushing circuit due for completion in mid-2021.
Job Requirements:
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence;
- National Police Clearance;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Capable of leading and mentoring the team;
- Strong working knowledge of mineral processing, i.e. operating crushers, ore transfer conveyors and stackers, mills, cyclones, Leach & CIL circuits, as well as an understanding of water and tailings management;
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug/alcohol screen;
- Hold full working rights in Australia without restriction.
Position Duties:
- Coordinate the shift crew;
- Lead in the workplace to achieve processing targets safely & efficiently;
- Train and mentor your team;
- Generate a proactive attitude towards workplace safety.
Experience
2 years as a shift supervisor or senior process technician within the gold mining industry.
