Our client is a multi-asset mineral resource company focused primarily on the acquisition, exploration, evaluation, and development of precious metal properties. They are seeking a degree-qualified Processing Superintendent for a permanent position. 

Current gold production sits around 100,000 oz per annum with ambitions to become a mid-tier gold producer.


  • Bachelor of Science (Extractive Metallurgy) or Bachelor of Chemical Engineering or recognized equivalent
  • Capable of using Citect SCADA systems and proprietary PLC systems
  • Understanding of laboratory and metallurgical data management systems, such as LIMS
  • Detailed knowledge of mineral processing plants – crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, tailings and reagent circuits; and extractive metallurgy
  • Valid Manual Australian Driver's Licence
  • National Police clearance (within 6 months)
  • Have unrestricted working rights in Australia

Position Duties:

  • Assist in development and implementation of mill production plans and targets
  • Develop, coach and mentor identified talent
  • Provide continuous monitoring and improvement of plant performance and reliability
  • Provide ongoing coverage as the alternate Processing Manager during their absences from site
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a fixed processing plant environment with at least 5 years’ experience in a Senior Processing role
