MES is seeking an Exploration Geologist to join our client's team.
This role has a fantastic opportunity to work for a highly active Australian gold exploration company; they are entering an exciting phase in its development. Its exploration has already resulted in several gold discoveries and provided a greater understanding of its existing projects.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Geology Qualifications;
- C-Class Drivers Licence (Manual);
- Hold Australian Working Rights;
- Conversant with geology software packages (Micromine, ARCGIS, AcQuire);
- Excellent communication with the ability to liaise at all levels.
Position Duties:
- Drill rig supervision;
- Oversee sampling, chip tray and logging;
- Supervision of Field Assistants;
- Reporting on progress of drill campaigns.
Experience
2 years' experience in a similar role with gold.
