MES seeks a Fixed Plant Electrician to join our client's newest Maganese project.

Role Requirements:

Hold a WA "A" Grade Electrical Workers License (Cert IV in Instrumentation is desirable but not essential);
Minimum of 5 years experience in a fixed plant environment
High exposure to instrumentation breakdowns and repairs
PLC fault finding and diagnostics (prior experience with Allen Bradley preferred)
Interpretation of electrical schematics
Current high voltage switching certificate
Previous new installation and testing experience
Computer literacy
Current elevated work platform and working at heights
Current WA “C” Grade Drivers Licence
Have existing and ongoing permanent working rights in Australia (Mandatory)
Able to attain a new National Police Clearance

Position Duties:

Process control instrumentation, VSD motor control;
HV generation & distribution within the plant;
HV Switching;
Interpreting drawings and plans;
Replacing fault wiring / circuitry;
Testing and Tagging;
Assemble, install and test electrical networks;
Fixed Plant Electrical Maintenance.
