Our client is seeking a Senior Exploration Geologist to join the team at one of their successful nickel exploration projects in the Western Australian Gold Fields.
The company is a global battery metals mining company spearheading projects from development to production. The private equity team of subsurface and early mover project developers identifies and captures high growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in geology or related discipline;
- Surpac experience preferred;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Position Duties:
- Perform accurate and detailed underground drill design;
- Execute diamond drilling plans for surface drill rigs;
- Rig Management;
- Carry out QAQC validation of the drill holes, and liaise with drilling contractors on a daily basis.
