Our client, an ASX listed international gold mining company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Underground Geologist for their gold mining operation in the Goldfields. You will be reporting directly through to the Geology Superintendent and running back to back with him. The successful candidate will have obtained previous experience in a senior underground mine geologist role in a gold mining environment.
 

Position Duties:

  • Day to day management of the geological side of the underground gold production
  • Responsible for the as well as being accountable for the training and mentoring of junior staff
  • Responsible for overseeing the underground grade control and exploration activities on site
