Our client, an ASX-listed gold mining and exploration company proudly based in Western Australia, is currently seeking an experienced Underground Mine Surveyor to join their team at one of their gold operations.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Surveying;
- Grade 1 Authorisation;
- Demonstrated safe work practices;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills;
- Proficient with Surpac and Microsoft Office.
Position Duties:
- Ensure that production and development targets are achieved through accurate survey work by applying due diligence and ensuring the care, calibration and maintenance of survey equipment;
- Processing of survey data and production of plans;
- Accurate/timely provision of EOM surveys reports;
- Liaise with Mining Contractors and other personnel for technical and EHS support;
- Ensuring all tasks are performed in accordance with the Mine Survey Code of Practice.
