Our client, a leading gold producer in Western Australia, is currently seeking an experienced Field Assistant to join their team at one of their gold operations in WA's Mid-West region.
Job Requirements:
- Valid C-Class Drivers License;
- National Police Clearance;
- Previous experience of core yard duties, including core logging;
- Ability to carry out field tasks;
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
Position Duties:
- RC / DC drill rig processing and sampling;
- Meter marking, chip tray photography, core cutting, logging and sample collection;
- Assist the exploration geologists with clearing, preparation, and rehabilitation of drill sites;
- Data capture for drill sampling activities;
- General camp duties.
Experience
2-3 years' experience in a similar role;
