Understanding of narrow vein epithermal gold systems and their controls particularly in a deposit where ore/waste boundaries are easily defined. Underground grade control sampling, including face and wall sampling and geological/structural mapping. This includes managing and working with contractors, obtaining permit of works, pad preparation and organising of consumables. Understanding of diamond drilling practices, including basic rod handling, mud mixing and the importance of rig maintenance.
