Mill Supervisor / Training Coordinator: 25 years of mineral processing experience (gold, nickel, base metals plants), plant commissioning, training of national workforce, supervision of crews of up to 20 operators, developing training manuals and SOPs, liaising with Mining department and Metallurgists, all aspects of crushing, milling, flotation, filtration, CIP/CIL, elution circuits, CCDs, autoclaves, roasting, tailings management, gold room duties, control room operation (Citect, Yokogawa).
