MES is presently in search of two HD Fitters with expertise in Diesel Mechanics to become part of a leading Global Market segment player in Western Australia.
Job Requirements:
- Australian Recognized Trade Certificate (HD Diesel Mechanic or equivalent);
- Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE);
- Strong commitment to safety;
- Good verbal and written communication;
- Ability to work in a team and unsupervised;
- Industry experience.
Position Duties:
- Conducting inspections and diagnostic tests;
- Installing component and part upgrades to OEM standards;
- Verifies vehicle performance by conducting test drives and adjusting controls / systems;
- Assists with vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing and adjusting components, parts or systems;
- Maintains vehicle records by annotating services and repairs;
- Troubleshooting breakdowns.
