Our client is a thriving mining company with several new gold projects in Western Australia & on their behalf, MES is seeking experienced Emergency Services Officers/Medics to join the team.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Cert IV Health Care (Ambulance) or equivalent; “Industrial Paramedic”;
Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response & Rescue;
Qualified Drug Screening Officer;
Sound knowledge of Mines Regulations, OHS & Duty of Care;
Good computer skills and experience with INX and Pronto is desired.
Position Duties:
- Provide medical assistance to injured personnel if and when required on a 24hr on-call basis;
- Provide comprehensive safety, medical and emergency response services, whilst supporting other activities across the mining operations;
- Assist in leading, drafting and presenting accident/incident investigations and reports;
- Conduct on-site drug and alcohol testing.
Experience
Recent ESO experience working on mine sites (ideally open pit gold mines).
