Job Requirements:
- Sound understanding of mineral processing operations and equipment;
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong communication skills;
- Working at Heights, Confined Spaces - essential;
- Bobcat, Loader, Forklift - desirable.
Position Duties:
- Operate and monitor processing equipment such as crushers, conveyors, mills, and separators, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment functionality;
- Monitor parameters and adjust equipment settings as necessary to optimize production efficiency;
- Work collaboratively to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions;
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.
