One of world's largest undeveloped Lead-Silver deposits is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join their team.
The primary purposes of this role are managing and maintaining the company document control system and providing administration support to the Human Resources Team and Perth Office.
Position Duties:
- Establish Document Control process for organisation, create uniformity across departments
- Collate existing documentation, liaising both internally and externally with stakeholders to determine correct content capture
- Distribute update documents, track review dates, archive superseded documents accordingly
- Notify personnel of updated document version and location
- Creation and maintenance of Document Control Register to track key review dates, current versions, authors, and approval levels
- Update and maintain external Engineering Drawing Registers
- Updating Electronic Document Management System (EDSM) SharePoint
- Assist Human Resources /Recruitment Team with automated data collation for phone screens, reference checking and onboarding
- Provide administration support for the Recruitment Team and support EA with administration tasks as and when required
- Assist Perth Office with administration support across various departments.
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate administration and document control positions
