Our client, who operates a local gold operation in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to provide support in their processing plant.
Job Requirements:

Australian or NZ recognised trade certificate.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in a mine site environment.
C class licence.
National Police Clearance(or able to obtain one)
A high level of fitness and ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and DAS.
EWP, Working at Heights, and confined space tickets would be highly desirable.

Position Duties:

Maintaining all areas of a fixed plant - including screens, crushers, conveyors, chutes and pumps.
Mechanical Fitter in maintenance/shutdown of mineral processing plant and equipment.
Provide maintenance support in the processing plant.

Experience

Trade certificate with at least 1-2 years post trade experience in processing plants environment.
