Our client is a leading authority in the field of advanced hydraulic and pneumatic fluid transfer solutions and services. They are currently in search of skilled Hose Fitters. Their commitment extends beyond traditional hose and fittings, offering a comprehensive array of fluid transfer solutions.
The client is presently situated in Queensland, and they cover all travel and accommodation expenses for individuals coming from across Australia and New Zealand.
Job Requirements:
- MR license - or willing to obtain;
- Comprehensive own tooling – “minimum tool requirements” list will be provided if successful;
- QLD Coal Board Medical – or willing to obtain;
- QLD Standard 11 – or willing to obtain;
- The ability to work 12+ hour shifts.
Position Duties:
- Carry out onsite repairs and preventative maintenance as required by our clients;
- Manufacture hydraulic hoses and supply fittings where needed;
- Actively seek and build new and existing relationships with clients;
- Complete vehicle pre-start function checks daily;
- Maintain all vehicles in a clean, safe condition by servicing in accordance with procedures at the designated frequency;
- Fit and assemble metal parts and subassemblies to fabricate production machines and other equipment.
Experience
Previous experience in hydraulic hose & fittings is essential;
