TP17545 Underground Mine Planning Engineer | Mining Employment Services

MES is currently seeking a well experienced Underground Mine Planning Engineer for our clean, high-grade nickel sulphides client who is rapidly growing green-energy.

Requirements:

Tertiary Qualification in Mining Engineering;
Competent with mine design software Deswik CAD and IS;
Underground time completed.

Position Duties:

Produce accurate and clear mine instructions for approval for Senior Mine Planning Engineer;
Ensure issued instructions are clear, correct and understandable to operators;
Work closely with Geology team to ensure designs are in line with the available geological information;
Undertake improvement projects to optimize mining practices;
Develop weekly plans and schedules and ensuring compliance to 3MS special requirements
