Job Requirements:

Relevant trade qualifications;
Proven experience in a similar role within the mining sector;
Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues;
Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Working at Heights, Confined Spaces - essential;
Crane, EWP, Forklift - desirable.

Position Duties:

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty equipment (HD Fitters);
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and servicing of light vehicles (LV Fitters);
Maintain and optimize fixed plant machinery to ensure maximum efficiency (Fixed Plant Fitters);
Detect faulty operation of equipment and/or defective materials and report accordingly;
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
