Our client, a narrow vein mining services company is currently seeking an Underground Production Engineer to join their team.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering;
- Exposure to underground drill and blast practices;
- Exposure to underground ventilation;
- Competent using Deswik and Pronto.
Position Duties:
- Completion of drilling plans aligned with 13 week schedule;
- Preparation of short-term weekly schedules;
- QA/QC duties to ensure safety and productivity of drill and blast activities underground;
- Highlight key activities and critical path processes of budgets, forecasts and weekly plans;
- Track operational performance of key indicators and report to Mangement.
