ER13057 - Maintenance Planner - Fixed Plant | Mining Employment Services

Mining Employment Services currently requires a Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner for our clients recently acquired Western Australian gold project.
Requirements

Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certificate
Considerable experience in a similar role with extensive knowledge of Fixed Plant equipment
Experience in software applications including SAP, Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance planning systems
Previous experience in a Mineral Processing environment, preferably Gold
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Full working rights to work in Australia

Position Duties:

Support the development and implementation of appropriate asset management strategies through effective maintenance planning for all equipment and associated systems in the gold processing plant
Support work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access
Support operations as they balance their need for daily output with their need for equipment reliability through proactive & predictive maintenance
Provide long term planning through systematic analysis of backlog relative to available resources
